A pharmacy coordinates products, patients, prescriptions, suppliers and payments every day. When each workflow lives in a separate system, people become the connection between them: copying information, reconciling records and checking the same details twice.
Start with shared information
Better infrastructure begins with a consistent operational record. A sale should connect to inventory. A received order should update stock. Dispensing should connect to prescription and patient history, with appropriate permissions. These are design priorities, not just a longer feature list.
Build around daily work
The most useful starting point is the work staff already do. Understanding a counter transaction, a stock check or a goods receipt reveals where information gets lost. Software should make these tasks easier to complete and easier to review.
